What do you charge for standard shipping?

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the “Shopping Cart” to view shipping charges.

 

I just placed an order online. When will I receive my merchandise?

Depending on the availability of the part and/or size of the order, it may take anywhere between 2 - 14 business days to ship. Smaller items are quicker to process for shipment, while larger items need to go through quality control and must pass further testing before they are shipped.

Will I have to sign for my package?

A signature is required for most FedeX shipments upon a receipt. Someone must be present to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from FedeX. If you require an additional help to receive your package, please contact us.

What to do if the items are damaged upon delivery?

Damaged Upon Delivery: If there is a damage to the package, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please do not return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

Missing items: Please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately report a missing item from your shipment, support claim, click on “Shipping Questions” and fill out a form. We will contact you within 2-5 business days. All “missing item” claims must be reported within five business days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, InfraredSaunaParts ships throughout the U.S., Canada and to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. InfraredSaunaParts has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.

How long before i receive my order?

Orders are generally delivered within the timeframe that was requested during a checkout.

Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.

How can i track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will send you an e-mail with a tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the carrier's website.
