InfraredSaunaParts takes pride in being a green and environmentally friendly company that helps our customers to recycle their unwanted or broken parts in a right environmentally friendly way. When you purchase parts with us you become eligible to participate in our recycling program. We will recycle your parts for a raw material, and you will receive an advanced credit towards your purchase. By accepting that credit offer, you agree to return your original (used) merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will receive an email with a Return Manufacture Authorization (RMA) number and instructions about your recycling return.

• All returns required an RMA number. NO returns accepted without RMA number.
• Recycling parts must be shipped within 30 days from the delivery date of your new parts.
• Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs for all recycling returns.
• Customer is required to provide a Tracking Confirmation Number via email or phone.
• Your return will not be accepted if any parts are missing (controllers, cords, etc.) Please make sure you return ALL necessary parts that listed on your original invoice.
• Once we receive your shipment, please allow us up to 21 days to process it.
• If you decide to keep your original parts you must Pay the amount that was credited to you at the time of purchase.

Warranty cancelation:

• Failure to return your old (used) merchandise within 30 days or Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in cancellation of your product’s manufacturer’s warranty.
• Voided warranty will terminate your eligibility for free-of-charge repairs and/or exchanges.
• Once your warranty is voided; your late return will NOT be accepted, and your warranty shall remain inactive.
• In order to reinstate your warranty, you will be required to pay your past due balance plus a reinstatement fee.

You should be certain in your decision to participate in our recycling program and must agree to this policy before receiving credit towards your purchase. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy
