Pure Tech plate heaters do not use wires to conduct far infrared heat. Carbon is applied to the panel and sealed by lamination. The panel is then subjected to thermal compression to form a safe and highly efficient far infrared heater panel.

These heaters are manufactured using 17 proprietary materials. As electric current passes through this carbon plate, perfect long-range infrared light energy is created.
