Guarantee

We guarantee that we will send you the correct part/parts for your order and will pay all costs if the wrong part/parts that is received. We simply ask you to send us; minimum of three pictures of the actual parts that you need to replace. Our email address is orders@infraredsaunaparts.com. The three pictures must include a total view of the actual part/parts, and any identification, marks, ie serial number, model numbers, etc.

Also your first & last name, plus contact must be included in the email. We will ship orders without these pictures however if the part/parts are received and they are wrong, you will be required to be shipped back to InfraredSaunaParts.com and a 30% re-stocking fee will be deducted. ALL OF THESE COSTS WILL BE INCURRED BY YOU AS THE CUSTOMER. If you choose not to take part/parts of our guarantee simply click to our terms and condition agreement before placing your order.
